Yes, we gladly offer refunds for HARD bounces. However, we kindly request clients to initiate refund requests within 7 days from the bounce occurrence as outlined in our terms and policies below.

Refunds are applicable only for the following types of bounces:
Unknown or illegal alias
Address rejected
No such user here
Bad destination mailbox address
Rule imposed mailbox access for refused: user invalid
Please note that soft bounces, server unresponsiveness, or instances where the user left the job within the last 3 months do not qualify as errors on our end.
